HOUSE RULES

Check-In is at 3pm.

Check-Out is at 11am.

Please respect Check-In and Check-Out times.

Renter must be at least 21 years of age.

Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors at all times.

No parties or events.  Registered guests only,

No pets ALLOWED.

No smoking inside the apartment. You will be fined a $1000 fee.

Any dishes used, must be washed and trash bagged to be taken out.

Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises, or you will be asked to vacate.

Damages with costs exceeding deposit will be charged to the guest.
